SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders are shipped UPS Ground (Expedited shipping available at an additional cost)
• Free shipping on orders of $100 or more within the continental US
• Shipping and Handling is added to all credit card orders and orders below $100
• Residential addresses will pay a surcharge.
• C.O.D. charges are $10.00 per box.  The number of boxes is determined by the size of the order.  We always try to consolidate the order in as few boxes as possible.
• Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Claims for damaged or missing goods must be called into our office within 10 days of receipt of goods.
• All items are shipped from Fort Lauderdale, FL  33351

RETURN POLICY

• If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 20 days for a refund or exchange providing merchandise is in original packaging and is in resaleable condition.
• Please call 1(800) 423-4712 for a return authorization.
• A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
• No returns on special order items or international shipments.
• The original shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• If the error is our fault (wrong item, defective, etc.) we will pay return shipping charges.
